Maria holds a BSc. in Food Science and Technology from University College Cork and has worked in the food industry for over 25 years in roles across laboratory, technical services and account management in the fermented foods sectors.<\/p>

Maria joined the team in 2019 as Commercial Director and manages the LabSens business division of Eolas International.<\/p>

Maria is the primary contact for all Proficiency schemes run by the LabSens Team.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

John graduated with a degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from the Irish Institute of Purchasing and Materials Management (IIPMM).<\/p>

He has over 12 years industry experience in Logistics and Freight forwarding and joined\u00a0our team in December 2019.<\/p>

Shanice holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Food Marketing & Entrepreneurship from University College, Cork.\u00a0<\/p>

As Sensory & Consumer Research Manager, Shanice is responsible for the planning, execution, data analysis and reporting of client projects for all sensory work within LabSens.<\/p>

Shanice is also involved in our Consumer Panel projects from initial client engagements through to reporting.<\/p>

Jovita holds an MSc in Chemical Engineering and has over 14 years experience in Quality Control and Sensory Analysis.<\/p>

Her role involves managing day to day laboratory methodology and reporting of results to clients as well as managing laboratory documentation and procedures according to ISO9001 requirements.<\/p>

Since graduating from the University of Limerick with a BSc in Food Science & Health, Gary has worked in microbiology and sensory laboratories at two multinational companies.<\/p>
